Artist of the VIENNA WORKSHOP. From 1912 to 1914 studied at the Vienna School of Applied Arts .
In 1922 Snischek was probably Wimmer's successor as head of the fashion department of the WW.
His activities at the Wiener Werkstätte included mainly textile works, also jewelry, wallpaper and commercial graphics. He was a member of the Austrian Werkbund, participating among others in the fashion exhibition 1915, art show 1920, Paris 1925.
